Many Chris Young fans were thrilled back on July 1st, when the country singer/songwriter announced on Facebook Live, that for the first time, he would be releasing a Christmas Album this fall. You can check out The CMBeat’s article on the announcement, published back in July, by clicking HERE.
Yesterday Young released the cover artwork for the album, which will be titled It Must Be Christmas, and will be released on October 14th, 2016.
Mega country star, Carrie Underwood, has been enjoying a good deal of radio success with her two most recent number one singles, Heartbeat and Church Bells. But fans are itching for the next girl-empowering, man-squashing, “get-back-at-your-cheating-husband” type of super-hit, for which Underwood has become known. And with the release of her latest single, Dirty Laundry, from her current album, Storyteller, fans won’t be disappointed.
Back in May, the ABC network announced that it was not renewing their beloved series, Nashville, which has been filmed on location in Nashville for the past four years and has fueled an increase in tourism in the city. After the announcement, tens of thousands of fans (or “Nashies” as they refer to themselves) took to the internet, armed with the hashtag, #BringBackNashville, in an effort to save the show, or in hopes that another network would pick it up.
Only one month later, their efforts paid off when it was announced that Nashville-based cable network, CMT, was picking up the series and would produce the 5th season. The popular streaming service, Hulu, will also be streaming new episodes beginning the day after they premiere on CMT.

Fans of country music love songs won’t be disappointed with the new single, titled Leave The Light On, by up-and-coming country singer Jackie Lee, which he just released exclusively on Spotify.
Leave The Light On is a sweet, simple, easy going ballad with a catchy hook and a romantic quality that makes it a perfect addition to any “date-night” playlist. Lee recently wrote on Twitter, “I really enjoy performing this song and I wanted to give it to y’all as the 1st taste of the new music to come!”.
