Luke Combs’ Debut Album For His Fans: This One’s For You

A fast rising country star from Asheville, North Carolina, Luke Combs hit the country airwaves two years ago with his smash single, Hurricane, giving fans a taste of his style and what we could expect more in his music. Now the singer/songwriter has finally released his debut album on June 2nd, This One’s For You.

Sam Palladio – Wake Me Up In Nashville

If you’re a fan of the CMT television show Nashville (aka: a “Nashie”), then you might have heard that some of the cast members also pursue careers as musicians when not working on the show. Urban is no stranger to the occasional romantic or heartbreak song, but Blue Ain’t Your Color is beautifully written in a classic, waltz-style, which is a welcomed relief in a country market that’s becoming saturated with similar sounding music, production, and lyrics.

“My coat of many colors
That my momma made for me
Made only from rags
But I wore it so proudly
Although we had no money
I was rich as I could be
In my coat of many colors
My momma made for me”

We all know the melody and lyrics from that legendary Dolly Parton song, Coat Of Many Colors. And last Christmas, fans rediscovered and fell in love with the tune all over again when Parton released a television movie on NBC based on the autobiographical story behind the song.
