A upcoming country music artist, Anna Brinker just released a brand new song entitled, Wild and Free. Recently, The CMBeat got to chat with the Arkansas native about her new single!

The singer songwriter shared the inspiration for her new song came from a time of her reflecting on life. “Honestly, it came from sitting on my front porch. Watching clouds in the sky, like I know we all used to do as kiddos.” said Brinker. “Reminiscing on a visit I just had with my dad and a brother of mine I hadn’t seen in awhile. I really had a realization of how quickly time is passing during that visit.”

When talking about the new single, Wild and Free, the country artist described her favorite thing about the song. “I’d say that the way that it’s my heart, in song form,” said Brinker. “Between Joey Evans writing it with me and Cliff Prowse playing dobro and producing it – it’s just magical.”

Most importantly, the singer songwriter shared she hopes those who listen to her new single will take its message to heart. “I’d love for this to be folks’ reminder to always live each moment IN the moment. And to always stay a little “wild and free”.
