A rising country music duo, Smithfield, hasn’t put out any new music in quite a while, but now they are ready to showcase some brand new music to the world with their new album, We Make Our Own.

The new record that features seven new songs on it including the title track, We Make Our Own, is a great collection of mostly upbeat tunes along with a couple of easy going songs.

This certain album starts off with a few of its exciting tunes, such as We Make Our Own, my favorite, If You Were Mine, and Counterfeit. The following song, which will definitely be one of the most memorable songs off the record is, Still A Few, as it talks how there’s only a few of certain kinds of things left in the world.

Lastly but not least, the album can’t be complete without some love songs, so it closes with three of those entitled, Me No You, Pull It Off, and Our World.

This is definitely a great comeback for Smithfield. From the smooth combination of the artist’s vocals, to the music on this project, it’s undoubtedly an awesome record. Everyone will be sure to love and leave their new album, We Make Our Own, on repeat.
