One upcoming country music artist that is making her way in the country scene, Anna Brinker, has been hard at work creating a beautiful song and matching music video for her new single, that classic country music fans alike will appreciate.

The singer is releasing a new single today entitled, The Possum. Some country music fans will easily know who The Possum is, but in case you don’t, Brinker is talking about one of the most famous male vocalists in country music history. That’s right, the one and only, George Jones.

This touching song was written in hopes to tell just a little bit about the legendary singer’s story and life. The new single was co-written by Brinker, in company with her father, Bill Scranton, and her husband, Cruise Brinker.

Along with releasing this stunning song, Brinker has released a brand new music video to go with the single as well. The music video was shot in Nashville in two popular locations some people may recognize, such as Blake Shelton’s bar, Ole Red, and at The George Jones Museum in Downtown, with the third location being at the grave site of George Jones.
