Jenee Fleenor Becomes First Time GRAMMY® Nominee

A well known musician in Nashville, Tennessee, Jenee Fleenor has had an exciting year and now she has more great things to share! Jenee Fleenor received the news last month, she has received her first-ever nomination for a GRAMMY®! 

Jenee Fleenor received a nomination for “Song of the Year” at the 2026 GRAMMY® Awards with the song, A Song To Sing, performed by Chris Stapleton and Miranda Lambert. The song was co-written by Jenee Fleenor, alongside fellow songwriters, Chris Stapleton, Miranda Lambert and Jesse Frasure

This makes Jenee Fleenor, a first-time GRAMMY® nominee! The female artist is no stranger to receiving nominations and awards as Fleenor is a 5x CMA and 3x ACM Musician of the Year award winner. Also, she is a 6x Arkansas Country Music Awards winner for Fiddle Player of the Year. 

The Springdale, Arkansas native, Jenee Fleenor is always on the move in the music industry. She has many talents under her belt, such as being a musician/session musician and performing on a variety of country music recordings and songwriting. Along with that, she sings/performs with a variety of artists including in her band, Wood Box Heroes and currently in the Ace In The Hole band for the king of country, George Strait
