There’s a new show currently on ABC entitled, 911: Nashville, it’s an extension of its ABC series, 911. The question is… do we like it?

The eighth annual Arkansas Country Music Awards recently took place for the fifth year in a row at the Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas Campus in Conway, Arkansas on June 2nd! It was hosted once again by country music historian/journalist, Charles Haymes and Miss Arkansas 2014, Ashton Gill.
A lot of people from the country music industry attend this great event each year! The award show focuses a spotlight on all those from Arkansas including upcoming country music artists, musicians and individuals in the country music industry. As 2023 comes to a close, The CMBeat wanted to highlight a special band in music and the exciting big accomplishment they had this year. The country rock band, Exile celebrated their 60th Year Anniversary this year as being together as a group!
In celebration, Exile released their new album, A Million Miles Later, which is their first album with original music in over thirty years. The album is a great addition to the wonderful catalog of music they have already released. It’s by far some of the best country music that’s been released this year in 2023 as well. There’s several noteworthy songs on the album featuring Exile’s great melodies and unmatchable harmonies. Continue reading
