2025 Arkansas Country Music Awards: See The List of Winners & More!

The eighth annual Arkansas Country Music Awards recently took place for the fifth year in a row at the Reynolds Performance Hall on the University of Central Arkansas Campus in Conway, Arkansas on June 2nd! It was hosted once again by country music historian/journalist, Charles Haymes and Miss Arkansas 2014, Ashton Gill.

A lot of people from the country music industry attend this great event each year! The award show focuses a spotlight on all those from Arkansas including upcoming country music artists, musicians and individuals in the country music industry. In special attendance this year included previous ACMA Lifetime Achievement recipient, Barbara Fairchild, country music artist, Jeannie C. Riley and LT. Governor, Leslie Rutledge.  Continue reading

Abbey Pierce Releases Debut EP, Soul Searchin’

A upcoming country singer songwriter from Arkansas, Abbey Pierce recently released her debut EP earlier this year entitled, Soul Searchin’! The record is her first-ever official release of original music. 

This debut EP which features four brand new songs was all written solely by Abbey Pierce herself! It’s very clear as you listen throughout the EP, it shows Pierce definitely has a special talent for songwriting.  Continue reading

Rascal Flatts Comes To Little Rock on the Life Is A Highway Tour

One of the most memorable bands in country music, Rascal Flatts recently performed at Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas on the Life Is A Highway Tour celebrating 25 years!

The country music artist, Chris Lane excitingly opened the show with eight songs including Fix, Take Back Home Girl, If I Die Before You, Dancin’ In The Moonlight, Find Another Bar, Let Me Love You, Big, Big Plans and I Don’t Know About You. He also performed an awesome set of cover songs from the 90’s country era including, Should’ve Been A Cowboy by Toby Keith, Watermelon Crawl by Tracy Byrd, Boot Scootin’ Boogie by Brooks & Dunn, Chattahoochee by Alan Jackson, Dust On The Bottle by David Lee Murphy and Check Yes or No by George Strait.  Continue reading
