Ok Y’all, fair warning reading past this point may reveal some spoilers…

If you’ve watched the beloved ABC and CMT show, Nashville, you can be rest assured, the new show, 911: Nashville is nothing like it in the slightest. But it does have its drama of course. This is Nashville!

As the show is set in Music City, the series follows the lives of emergency responders, as they face life-threatening situations and dealing with their sometimes glamour, sometimes messy, everyday lives.

The main plot of the series is based around the lives of Captain Don Hart (Chris O’Donnell) the Captain of the Station 113, whom is married to Blythe Hart (Jessica Capshaw), Hart’s sister and 911 dispatch operator, Cammie Raleigh (Kimberly Williams-Paisley), and by Captain Hart’s former-ex, Dixie Bennings (LeAnn Rimes).

As the season was beginning, the storyline unfolded as Captain Don Hart and his son, Ryan Hart (Michael Provost) work on the same fire station unit, and while out on a call, the team runs into Captain Hart’s other son, Blue Bennings (Hunter McVey). Trouble is, Ryan Hart never knew he had a long lost brother.

It turns into quite the controversy, as Ryan Hart’s parents, Captain Don Hart and Blythe Hart, have known all along about Blue Bennings for years and almost broke up because of it, but Ryan Hart was left in the dark about it all this time. Now, the Captain is insisting his other son, Blue, joins the crew at the fire station with them. A lot to take in for his son, Ryan.

As if all that wasn’t enough, wait there’s more drama to add. In enters, Dixie Bennings. The Captain’s former-ex and mother of Blue Bennings. Since the Captain was insisting of bringing Blue onto the team and becoming closer with him, his mother was encouraging him to do so as well, but for all the wrong reasons.

Therefore, that’s the storyline which watchers will follow along with this season, how the Hart family will evolve with a new family member, whose yet to discover Dixie’s devious plan, while dealing with everyday rescue situations.
