One of the biggest well known artists in country music, Brooks & Dunn recently came to perform a fantastic show at the Simmons Bank Arena in North Little Rock, Arkansas on May 20th on their Reboot 2023 Tour! 

Brooks & Dunn brought along upcoming female country artist, Megan Moroney and country artist, Scotty McCreery! The upcoming artist, Megan Moroney was grateful to be apart of this tour. She performed a few songs including Lucky, I’m Not Pretty, Traitor Joe, Girl In The Mirror, a cover of Miranda Lambert’s Gunpowder and Lead, closing with her first number one single, Tennessee Orange. 

The second act of the night was country music artist and American Idol winner, Scotty McCreery! “Little Rock, Arkansas, it’s so good to see you tonight!”, said the artist during his set. McCreery performed several of his big songs including In Between, Small Town Story, Feelin’ It, It Matters To Her, Nothin’ Right, This Is It, See You Tonight, Five More Minutes acoustically, Damn Strait and You Time. 

He also performed two covers including John Michael Montgomery’s song, Be My Baby Tonight and George Strait’s tune, Check Yes Or No. McCreery was very interactive with the crowd and told stories about how his songs came to be throughout his part of the show. 

The country duo, Brooks & Dunn made a grand entrance to the stage opening the concert with their song, Brand New Man! “Good to be back in Arkansas, y’all!” said Brooks during the beginning of the show. Everyone in the audience thoroughly enjoyed the concert as the duo performed many of their big hit songs including Put A Girl In It, My Next Broken Heart, Mama Don’t Get Dressed Up For Nothing, We’ll Burn That Bridge, Honky Tonk Truth, You’re Gonna Miss Me When I’m Gone, Ain’t Nothing ‘Bout You, Red Dirt Road, Lost and Found, Hard Workin’ Man, Play Something Country, Cowgirls Don’t Cry, Neon Moon, Rock My World (Little Country Girl), Believe and My Maria. 

The duo returned to the stage for an amazing encore performance of Boot Scootin’ Boogie and Only In America, which featured people from the United States Armed Forces and surprise streamers flew across the crowd. “Thanks for coming y’all!” said Dunn at the end of the show. Brooks & Dunn is one of those particular country artists who you would have high expectations for when seeing them live in concert and they did NOT disappoint! 

There’s no question, Brooks & Dunn performs an incredible show! The concert was amazing from sound, to graphics, production, music and including a remarkable surprise encore! Scotty McCreery and Megan Moroney were great additions to the show as well! If you’re a fan of Brooks & Dunn, it is highly recommended to go see them live in concert!
